Exchange and Returns Policy at Birdie Monster

At Birdie Monster, we believe in providing the best shopping experience to our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of order arrival.

Return Requirements:

  • Returns are only accepted within 14 days of order arrival.
  • Products must be in their original condition, without damage, and should not have been washed or worn.
  • Shipping fees are only covered if the product is damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Return Processing:

  • Once your return has reached our office, please allow up to 14 days for it to be processed(Refund of Exchange).
  • Funds will be refunded to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Our representative may get in touch with you (via the email used to place the order) for further details.
Refund Timing:
  • A refund will be posted to your account within 3-5 business days when issued to a credit card.
  • Refunds issued to a bank account or pin-less debit may take up to 5 business days to reflect on the account balance.
  • The timing may vary from one financial institution to another.
